Boesmansrug is a 200 year old farm where deciduous fruit has been grown for the past 70 years. The homestead, built in the early 19th century, is surrounded by majestic oaks under which proud peacocks display their colours. There are beautiful walks under the trees and a secret garden with excellent opportunities for wedding photographs.
The Barn can accomodate up to 60 people seated within the building, and there is space alongside on the werf should a marquee be required for larger gatherings.
Boesmansrug is a 75 minute drive from Cape Town. Bordered on the east by the TWK dam and situated in the Vyeboon area which is half way between Elgin/Grabouw and Villiersdorp, it is reached by the Graymead road off the R321.
